Who We Are and Why We Serve
Founded in 2009, the Ivy League School Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates alongside Ivy League School & Day Camp in Smithtown, New York.
While the school has been a pillar of the community since 1961, the Foundation was established to ensure that the exceptional educational experience offered here remains accessible to all families, regardless of their financial background.
"100% of all proceeds are used to advance the Foundation's mission of opening doors and empowering futures."
The Ivy League School Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality education and enriching experiences for children with exceptional talent and strong potential, regardless of race, background, or financial circumstance.
Founded in 2009, the Foundation works in partnership with families, educators, alumni, and the broader Suffolk County community to support students and strengthen the Ivy League School experience. We believe that when families are supported as active partners in education, students thrive—and education becomes a powerful pathway to long-term opportunity and economic mobility.
The Ivy League School Foundation is dedicated to providing access to high quality education, enriching recreational experiences, and comprehensive academic support for children who demonstrate exceptional talent or strong potential, regardless of race, background, or economic status.
Through scholarships, academic advising, and transformative learning opportunities, we partner with families particularly in Suffolk County to remove barriers to education, promote academic excellence, and support long term educational and economic success from early education through advanced study.
The Ivy League School Foundation envisions a community where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential through access to high-quality education, enrichment, and meaningful experiences.
We believe that investing in children today creates caring, contributing, and productive members of society tomorrow—and that education is the foundation upon which strong communities are built.
Through scholarships, enrichment, and family-centered support, we invest in the academic, social, and creative development of every child we serve—helping build confidence, stability, and long-term opportunity.
